About Me
Hi, I’m Courtney! I’m a heart warrior, wellness advocate and the founder of Inner Heart Glow. After years of navigating life with a complex heart condition, I’ve learned that caring for myself goes far beyond my heart and means supporting my body, mind, and overall well-being. I created this space from my experience living with congenital heart disease and my belief that caring for our hearts means caring for ourselves as a whole.
Meaning Behind the Name
Inner
The parts of our health and ourselves that aren't always visible. Caring for the whole person, not just the diagnosis, and recognizing that living with CHD affects so much more than the heart.
Heart
The center of my story and this community. Living with congenital heart disease has shaped my perspective, resilience, and the way I move through the world.
Glow
What it means to live fully alongside CHD. To find hope, connection, confidence, and joy while honoring everything we've been through and everything we're still becoming.
