My Philosophy
I don’t count calories or track macros. Instead, I focus on quality ingredients, foods that nourish me, and how they make me feel. I’m mindful about what I eat and prioritize whole, nutrient-dense foods, but I also believe in balance. For me, being healthy is about the choices I make consistently, while still allowing room for balance along the way.

A deeply nourishing, comforting broth I love sipping straight from a mug, especially before bed. Slow-simmered with chicken bones and vegetables, it’s naturally rich in protein, collagen, and minerals.
Banana Bread
A healthy, nourishing banana bread that’s perfectly moist with just the right amount of cinnamon (optional). I love having a loaf on hand for an easy breakfast, snack, or something sweet throughout the week.
